Sales calls were fishing for information.

She called me saying she needed my services. Then proceeded later in the conversation saying she was an attorney and ask if I needed an attorney for anything. She had all my information and I thought she was Ligget so I told her I needed one for my child support case. I paid her multiple times and called down to the courts to see if I had paid off everything she was supposed to be paying and found out she didnt even exist.

Lady name Courtney Taylor called saying she was with the insurance agency. She was telling my sister and I that our mom had a secret policy for us and our kids. She somehow even knew our info and everything. She told us that we need to pay a premium in order to release the funds. With her knowing all our info and seemed legit we sent a payment. She hung up and we haven't heard from her since.

I received a call from the funeral home stating that an insurance provider needed to speak with me about my father's policy. Mind you, this is a week BEFORE his funeral. The fake insurance agent stated that my dad left money in a secret policy for his grandchildren and they needed to pay the remaining premium before they could release the funds. That was a huge red flag. She was very pushy about it needing to be paid immediately so I did some digging. I've since forwarded the number, as well as the information from my phone company to the police so they could investigate them. I hope they're caught, because this is a heartless scam that no one should endure. These people are scum!
