An attorney claiming to be David Williams called me and told me I had federal charges against me. Stated that I owed money in the amount of 471.00. If I did not pay, an arrest warrant would be filed, I would lose my job etc. I called the Federal Trade Commisson and reported them.

Ruby foster called left message stating I needed to return call immediately. if not legal action would be taken against me. I called 347 292 8683 Attorney Joe Brown answer phone (so he said that was his name)I told him someone was calling me on the other line from his company he hung-up. Called back got some type of recording couldn't understand message.

This telemarketer called my place of employment and introduced himself as Andy Johnson and said that he was from the Federal Government and that he needed to speak to me but would not say what he wanted to speak to me about. These people need to be stopped. It should be a federal crime for a telemarketer to call a persons place of employment because they are trying to scam people out of their earnings. There are many hardworking employees in the world who cannot afford to lose their job over these type of people who are pushes, rude, and obnoxious. I am making a full complaint about these people calling job sites to speak to employees knowing full well that this is absolutely wrong. People go to work to earn a living, not to talk to telemarketers and/or debt collectors. If you are a debt collector and you are trying to collect a debt, then call the people at their homes and not their place of employment. If you get a person fired from their job then how are you going to get paid? Think about it before you make your next call.
