Rude and pushy I ckept saying no thank you

I would like to formally report the unprofessional behavior I experienced from one of your debt collectors. The representative was rude, aggressive, and disrespectful during our communication. I understand that collections are part of the job, but customers should still be treated with professionalism and respect. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed appropriately.
