To All Potential Customers when you have been in business for as long as I have you will run across 1 or 2 people that will come to your business to set you up to be scammed. I truly believe she planned all of this and let me explain why. This person Taylor Carver the midwife stopped by without an appointment, she asked if she could purchase some hair and I said yes. Then she asked if she could get it installed at the location, I told her I had alot work to do online that I have been trying to do for days. She talked me into it. She selected the Kinky Curly 20' inches which cost instore $1100 per bundle because the prices in-store includes install. Total with tax she paid $2400. At the end of the process of me installing the hair she admitted that this was the best hair extensions she ever had. It was dry so I wet it up so I could take a picture before I twist or braid it up. Anyone who wears curly hair knows you have to twist or braid curly hair so it will blend when it dries. For some strange reason she started acting really strange and did not want me to take a picture of her face (sign #1) Then she said are you going to twist or braid it so you can blow dry the braids to to blend and I said yes, but I want a pic first. Once it was plaited up she started saying I should have a hood dryer in my hair extensions store. By the way, she knew there were no hood-dryers in the store before she sat down to get those extensions (sign #3). After I plaited the hair and blew it dry it she told me to leave it plaited and she would take it down once she got home. After leaving it plaited like she suggested she started yelling to give her the money back or she was going to write a review and post pictures of her plaited braids online. I spent 6.5 hours on her hair and you want all of your money back because I don't have a hood dryer in my store (Sign #4) I made her 2 offers, refund $500 and she can go purchase a hood dryer to sit under to dry the braids or you can sit down for 30 minutes and I'll take all of them back out and I'll refund you ALL the money back. Guess what she said ? She said NO! (Sign #5) And it's on my ring camera. Now if she was really unsatisfied she would have let me take them out and I would have easily given her all the money back ( sign #6 of the scam) Since she did not want me to take them out and get a full refund she would have to sign for the $500. She said NO and started crabbing my papers off of my desk in my business. I then snatched them back out of her hand without touching her. Taylor it's against the law to use threatening techniques to blackmail a business for its reputation to get free products or services. For the first time in my career I'm filing a police report on someone who came into my business and threatened me. This by far is the WORSE person that ever walked into my business.
