Extortion Scam, Fraud claiming to be ERA Real Estate Agent

Texted many times acting like they was looking for someone on my phone line

this phone # is posted as a landlord for a house in CA, leasing a home a low cost. Claiming they are doing it in the name of God. Asking for renter's application that requests money up front, and will deliver keys via Fed Ex. The name on the realtor site doesn't math this phone owner's name.

They pretending to be someone else

Sent a threat to me and my family

Possible date and I'm not sure he is not scamme

I'm just want to know who it is

Trying to extort me for money after my dog has been posted all over social media as missing. Claiming to have my dog, threatening to hurt it if I dont pay $2,000.

Was catfished. Tried to get me to send him money.
