Did not answer phone call. No identification.

This person called my cell phone number to ask for a person who was a previous owner of my home/property. I stupidly responded saying without thinking no, that person is no longer an owner here. They immediately hung up. I should have asked who was calling. But since this person called my cell phone, this would mean they already know of my home address and past owners, in order to know to ask for the past owner at my house. This caller is therefore stalking me and I am therefore reporting them.
