Spam number - tried calling back and it was a Verizon number saying it "couldn't be reached at this time"

A guy called me and asked for me and then asked if this was (my name) that lived at (my address) and I made the mistake of saying yes. He then hung up the phone.

A guy called me and asked for me and then asked me if I lived at an old address and I said not anymore, who is this? He hung up on me...very strange. I called back and he didn't answer.

There's no identification of the person calling. They ask personal information about the individual they're calling for...then hang up.
