Calls and hangs up. Not sure who this is

it is my # and i want to know how they can use it if they dont know my passwords

Received voicemail message stating it was the IRS calling regarding legal charges brought against me for tax fraud.

These calls occur every single day, the numbers change, today it's a (360) 464-9836. I called them back today, got a recording "Bolder Calls" (an insurance telemarketing from Colorado) TELEMARKETERS = Bolder Calls- 3220 Prairie Avenue, Boulder, Colorado 80301 - Phone: (303) 415-9830 Google Search for the name Bolder Calls - they answered the phone when I called to tell Dearborn Data, (who just called) to stop calling our number.
