This number has called my phone daily. Think it is hacker

Not sure what to think. Number shows up as Brittany Clark, Leroy Smith, it even came up under Tuna on Trucaller. When I called through textnow the first time it actually went to a voicemail. But now it's blocked my number. I assume it was the number that shows up when a call is blocked because that's actually what happened. I attempted and it shows. But after making sure there were no more block numbers on the phone it came up under private call so I don't know.

For lawn service I contacted Antnios Lawn Service, agreed to have yard Work completed (March 21). On March 25, 2024 he was found in my yard with two co-workers. I let them continue the work, though he never sent the bid or arrange a date to work on the property. He completed cleaning of the roof and applying moss killer and removing weeds and placing 4 of 7 yards promised in the garden. Upon completion I found he did not provide the full agreed allotment of mulch. Additionally 7 Classic evergreen large bushes were damaged when cut and mutilated. Unfortunately I paid his group 1750 dollars. When I contacted the next day, he promised to deliver the remaining mulch and place in garden area. When I confronted him that he damaged the bushes/property he promised to return to my home and look over my complaint. Beginning on March 26, 2024 through todays date April 5, 2024. He has promised to return to correct the job or I offered he compensate in Cash, 437.50 of the total 1750 dollars. What should I do? Who can I contact? I have not found his business license how do I find IT? Antonio Sara, Guatemalan limited English, he last Said Yes, Joe, Boss I will be there (consecutive days, no show)
