Tried to call my tax office on 4/10 and got mad when I said I was too busy to talk to anyone but clients until next week. Claimed to be called Solomon and to be a member of a local BNI Chapter. (He's not.)

Calling about golf course advertisement and trying to get to the owner of our company as if they are familiar or friends. SCAM !!

Unknown, but used a dark pattern of scripted marketing to prime an offer about an existing credit card. It may actually have been designed to cause panic and cause me to make some phone calls as I do not have any accounts at Bank of America. The offer was for a zero-interest rate on an existing card and the voice was a standard voice automation script. This indicates there was either a scam who had done their homework and expected me to react in a particular way or was a third party (unaffiliated with BOA) using phishing to market an unofficial BOA product, or to steal information for the black market, identity theft, or likely a collector or collector/lawyer pair who still use shady strategies to capture information. The fact that this number has no trace information causes me to question more and more about the next creditor and only delays my payments longer and ability to generate income more difficult. I'm a pretty easy person to talk to, so I really don't get it...

Solomon called me to sell me a $798 advertising package for the 4 Mile Ranch Golf Course on Telegraph Trail in Canon City, Colorado. When I explained I was extremely busy today, had a client in front of me, had to put Solomon on hold for another call, and asked Solomon to call me back tomorrow, Solomon hung up on me. I called Solomon back, and said, 'you hung up on me?' As I was seriously considering the advertising. Solomon said, 'didn't you say you didn't have time to talk to me?, followed with 'Have a blessed day' and hung up again.
