Harassing text , Unwanted contact

Strange phone call from Rhode Island. Gives robotic sounding name and then a woman's voice stating that 2 charges will be filed against you(did they mean the name that wasn't mine?) in your county and that you will be receiving a summons. Also gives phone number and states that you must contact their legal department. However, when called the number just rang. They also seem to be phishing for SSN's. be careful. Seems very fishy as when my husband worked for a law firm delivering summons they do not warn you beforehand.

Left no name, No company contact. Who to call. Only a ref. # stating that I had 2 charges against me. This number is in Rhode Island and I live in TX.

They wanted payment NOW its a scam. The threated to arrest my husband and put charges against him in the county that we live in. SHUT THESE FOOLS DOWN before they rip people off. TY

they called my disability phone to threaten me and tell me I was going to be served court papers that they were going to file charges in my husbands county if I did not pay right then.

Called and left a vm stating from process and summons division calling about two charges filed against me. Call back and it's a vm.

recording saying I was going to arrest if I would not respond to their call.

all I know that they gave me a number to call and ref number to use. I never been to rhode isand before in my life time....

There are saying I have 2 charges against me for fraudulent activity with my name and SSN. I must call and take care of this matter before being served at home or work place call and enter MMJ. When called no one answers and the mailbox is full. This is a scam trying to get info, make complaint. They need to be in jail doing this stuff!

they called left a vm that there charges pending called back went to vm. they also called my inlaws # stating the same thing but no one ever answers the phone.
