SCAM. scam scam

Called my phone, a recording says my husbands name, gives a case # and says he is being charged with 2 counts of fraud, will be served with summons at work or home, once he is served he will forfeit all rights. They give case # and a phone number, when you call back they have a recording, then it hangs up before it takes a message. So what is going on?
