cannot have my number removed

I missed two calls from this number. We just had a power outage for a couple of hours and MidAmerican Energy was supposed to give me an automated phone call when power resumed...(I am home so I knew when it came back on). About 15 minutes later, I received the phone calls. No message was left so it had to have been them and this company probably services several companies to make their calls for them.

Called 3 times in 9 minutes. Leave a damn message already.

have previously requested not to receive calls from this number, but they persist.
