Gov. Trolls prank calling people. They are trolls, stalkers, blackmailers, pedophiles, rapists, murderers, KKK membershiding behind a disgusting corrupt government. My neighbor and local police are involved with spying on people and breaking into their homesraping and drugging women and men. Most prank calls are from older folks with nothing better to do. I guess they throw them a few bucks.
