Like they trying to black mail me or something

Someone at this number called my elderly mother, telling her her bank accounts, credit cards, and social security accounts had been breached. They passed her to several different people, one claiming to be a federal agent. They told her they were there to help, but she could not discuss the matter with anyone, not even the banks. This made her realize it was a scam. She told them she was going to call the police and they hung up.

This person has way too much time on their hands ...GROW UP

This is good

These people are crazy! They say I owe money, but refuse to give me any information, and when I ask for written proof of this debt, they get very upset! I receive up to 16 calls a day from this number, and they have a few other numbers as well, 678-245-6809 is one of them. I know that they cannot revoke my drivers license, or speak with my boss at work,or make any other idle threats towards me. They are a debt collector ( more than likely) with a bunch of uneducated phoine solicitors.

recorded message says there was a check written that could not be cashed? I DON'T WRITE CHECKS. my bank records do not show any "returned checks" or insufficient funds for a "check" i had written.OBYCA

I received a call on my work number from this number. When I called back David King answered and stated that I owed a loan to a payday company from 3 years ago. I have not received a loan through this particular company. When I asked him to send me a debt validation letter, he stated that they were not a collection agency and did not have to comply with any governmental rules. He hung up on me when I insisted on getting some verification. I called back and spoke to Mr. Bob Jackson, Chief Investigator, and he stated that I could be arrested on check fraud. He also refused to send verification of the debt and refused to give me an address of this company. I told him the address I had was from Boca Raton, Fl. and he stated they were located in Georgia. By the way, I even checked with the payday loan company they talked about and they stated that they had no record of any loans that I had received from them.

A Bob Jackson keep calling saying I have a returned check from my bank and that if I don't pay it they will put an warrant out for my arrest. I told him I would call my local police department and he said that won't help.

These people are very disrespectful and they also threaten me by saying they are going to issue a warrant out for my arrest if I don't have they're money by tomorrow morning. The company that they suppose to be collecting from I called and spoke to, they said I didn't have a loan there that I applied and was denied and not to listen to these people that they are running a scam. so people be aware of these people they really would scare you if you just listen cause they pretend to be a lieutenant with the Sheriff dept. just have your lawyer to called like I did. BE CAREFULL!!!!!

they sick people
