Trying to call avid for confirmation on rental car in fayetteville or Riverdale ga

Recoded call with threatening manner. Multiple times.

They say they are mediators. Want last 4 digits of your phone number Kimberly Marshal. Someone picks up and say they are Kimberly's assistance.

Several times Kimberly Marshall called with threatening and intimidating tactics to get me to hold on the line or legal action would be taken. I have no idea what they want because the minute I try to explain anything, their answer is to hang up. I'm sure they have some old debt that I had and want to intimidate me into paying it so they can have money. The real issue is that I filed bankruptcy in 2017. All debts were listed on there. They wont even listen long enough to verify that they can not call BUT, THEY CONTINUE TO BOTHER ME. I THINK I AM GONNA FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FCC BECAUSE OF THE HARASSMENT AND THREATS THEY TOSS AT ME. I ALSO THINK I AM TURNING THIS OVER TO MY BANKRUPCY LAWYER TO SEE IF THEY CAN BE FINED FOR CONTINUALLY CALLING ME AFTER I HAVE LEGALLY HAD ALL DEBTS DISCHARGED!!!

has been asked to cease calling me but was told that I would get called everyday. I have already made arrangements with a different collection agency. Her name is Beth Powers and is totally unprofessional. They also use the telephone number 404 220 9827. If I continue to get calls , I will seek legal action

Kimberly Marshall left a message that her client filed a complain against us and unless we call back by end of day the client would have to take other measures. we don't owe monies, or have had any encounter with anyone for this kind of call. i didn't bother to call back but sure it is a telemarketer trying something.

Kimberly Marshall called my business and left message with extremely threatening manner. When I called back another person answered and I asked for Ms. Marshall then she asked for the phone number the message was left on, I told her she didn't need my number so she hung up on me instead of transferring me! I called back again and a male answered and again wouldn't transfer me. I told them I was going to file a complaint, he laughed at me and said "good luck with that" then hung up! Next call is the police!
