Multiple harassment calls fromUSHA

The colors voicemail that he left me was very mumbled. He said it was an emergency that I call him back that someone was pretending to be him like an imposter and that his name was Michael Minihan or something like that. Did it was an emergency again. The call has called me around 10 oclock on multiple nights and I do not answer phone calls from numbers or areas of the United States that I do not know anyone from.

This person claimed to be a Michael Minihan. He said it was an emergency that I needed to call him because there was someone impostering him. He mumbles he calls me late at night and has called me three days in a row requiring that I call him back. I have no idea who this person is however it is not Michael Minihan who I have been conversing with thats in the Air Force for eight months.
