telemarketer is calling day and night despite repeated requests to stop. placed number on national do not call list, but refuses to adhere to law

This number is calling (faxing) me incessantly and I sent a fax asking them to stop. It is still calling me, days later. Its been going on for months.

This ID shows up as Kenneth Martin from Tulsa, Oklahoma. I get about 20 calls a day starting at 8:00 AM every morning. Just an outgoing fax that keeps calling back 6 times or more repeatedly. It's harassment and its house bill 1804. Oklahoma law. First offense misdeamenor and second offense Felony. Contact your district attorney in tulsa, oklahoma and report this to get it to stop. I sent a fax back to Kenneth Martins fax number with the two page printout from the oklahoma statute Title 21, Chapter 47A SEction 1172 asking him to remove me from his fax machine auto dialer or I will pursue him through the DA... He is interrupting my daily business functions with those harrassing fax machine calls. Caller: Kenneth Martin from Tulsa, Oklahoma Call Type: Fax Machine
