Calling sending threats calling and texting means my family

I received a cold call from KatherineSharp as a 3rd party pushy vendor for okla. healthcare. She told me she was my go to person with all my healthcare questions/concerns/assistance. She proceeded I quote me a couple of private plans available in my area She informed me there were only a few spots available and there were absolutely no plans with BCBSOK (which was epically untrue as I received another cold call the very next day from another 3rd party vendor informing me there were multiple plans wit) BCBSOK in my area. Upon telling Katherine I needed to discuss with my partner of 26+ years and would phone her back in less than 5 mins to proceed. She responded with 1). She did not give her contact info until a deal was made and 2). Within that 5 min timeline the available spots may be gone and/or pricing could fluctuate A great deal. Upon her informing me there was a 3 day right of rescission and my plan was month to month, no contract, I proceeded to give her my payment info, she sent me docs to sign, and stated she would email me all info and ID #s, which I have yet to receive some 3 days days after. Text from this number telling me (by name) that I am eligible for a million dollar settlement in a class action lawsuit; allegedly filed by an attorney with Holland & Holland attorneys. There is a law firm with this name but no Michael Hoffman. I did not click the link in the message.

It smelled skunky... probably a scam.
