have rec'd several calls on my cell from this line...there is no opportunity to request to be removed from their list

I'm on the National Do Not Call list. Who goes after these telemarketers when they call us anyways? I'd let this go to "missed call" & then found on spokeo that it's a telemarketer. I texted the word "STOP" but got a message to pay .25/msg because it's a landline. Am not continuing to try but will if they continue to disturb me.
