(408) 612 in Morgan Hill, CA

I received a two calls from this number early Saturday morning of 08/04/12. When I picked up the phone on the second call, a male voice said his name is "Chase" calling from LT Financial. He said he wants to discuss a "personal business" with me, and wants me to confirm my name, address, and last four digits of social security number. When I refused to confirm my personal information with him and demanded he tell me what exactly was the "personal business" he wanted to discuss with me, he then hung up the phone. This is unacceptable and highly suspicious, as I don't know how he got my phone number and other personal information. Please advise.
