(408) 808 in San Jose, CA

The number 408-808-4900 cslled my phone and was impersonating a Sheriff Deputy by saying that i have warrents for not showing up to court for skipping out from Jury Duty and that i hadto pay $5,000 -$6,000 at a CVS or Walgreens in order to post bail and stay out of jail. I put him on hold and found out i did not have any warrants or court dates. When i got back on the phone with him and without telling him about my knowledge of having no warrants or court dates, and telling him that i am still looking for someone to borrow the money from, he said he would call me back in 1 hour; its been about 45 min and he still has not called me back.
