Even when I block these unwanted calls they seem to always get through this one called twice within one minute it never rings but shows call and most of the times shows number

Repeated requesting my wife by name. When I ask if I can help they hang up. I have submitted my phone number to do not call but it does no good

please have them stop

This number calls about every two to three days around 8:30 pm, then when we answer there is a definite "click" when they hang up.
