When a person calls your home and you have no clue who they are in addition you ask them who are you trying to get a hold of what is the person's name that you would like to speak with and they have no clue. Randomly called calling your home for something that's another person's agenda even if they're trying to make a living through sales or some other type of telemarketer racket, it is not only rude it is disruptive. Keeping in mind that reasonably intelligent Americans are perfectly capable of reaching out to whomever or whichever business or individual they would like to speak with and call on their own volition which in my opinion is proper conduct behavior in manners, it is becoming beyond annoying when in today's day and age any reasonable person who works has a family or other responsibilities and has to stop what they're doing to attend to their phone which in many cases is the very little and much needed free time which in my case never really happens and I have to stop doing what I'm doing whether it be washing dishes attending to my children or even simply watching the news for 15 minutes in the sanctity of that free time which is few and far between is disrupted by pesky telemarketers who only wish to self-serve their own agendas it seems to me that there is a different protocol that would far better be utilized then trickery and deceptive phone tactics that many businesses use today in the FCC is by far not stepping up to this type of deceptive and chronic malicious tactic that companies use the fatten up their bottom line and raise their annual report to their shareholders of which the recipient of these telemarketphoneHarassass interceptive as well as deceptive phone bombs I encourage the FCC to raise the bar and step up with their efforts and by that I mean put in place rigid and lawful protocols to deal with these issues which in my opinion is far from being dealt with by the FCC and an effective manner of the smallest caliber. I implore the FCC to step up and do what's necessary to protect the recipients of these massive inundative and totally illegal practices by these telemarkers which could easily be dealt with by proper legislation and consequences for the ones that fail to adhere to the forthcoming fingers crossed laws and legal ramifications penalties do's and don'ts that should be and should have already been long ago in place to protect its citizens. I have a friend and a personal note who's great aunt literally fell and broke her hip walking with her walker to answer a call she thought from her daughter who was in the hospital in haste while picking up the telephone it was once again and deceptive telemarketer who swindled her out of thousands of dollars out of her personal account that you worked years to build and soon after had a massive coronary heart attack because she was unable to get any of that money back, disgusting. In the sad sad truth of it is she had a half a dozen calls that day interrupting her mental state as she was thinking only of the welfare of her family who was hospitalized at the time and by her being elderly and disabled putting her personal health in jeopardy where she could have fallen unnecessarily due to the fact that she had to get up physically and take a few steps to physically answer her telephone which in this case was unnecessary. That whole situation is not only disgusting but could have been avoided if only our government's agency UFCC had done their due diligence where these predators and profiteers would be dissuaded from doing these malicious and self-serving acts simply to profit off of individuals they have no personal contact or knowledge of in any semblance other than a potential victim in which they intend or wish to profit off of. I encourage the FCC once again to do better as it seems to me they definitely don't get the severity and the absolute dire need of better protection than these instances in the seriousness of effects and ramifications that can cost people their life savings or even put them at risk of great injury mentally and physically and if they took it more seriously and made the efforts to do a better job at doing this job we'd all be the better for it including their agency and I mean that respectively and respectfully. Please enter comments :This person calls frequently.They do not leave a message and sometimes they will call and then call within 5 minutes from the previous call.My husband did answer the other day and they asked for a donation to the American cancer society to be mailed to a p.o. box in Merrifield, Va.She said that he had said he would donate before,but never fulfilled his pledge(something he said he doesnot remember doing) several red flags seem to show up with this caller.

I received 2 phone calls from this number within 10 minutes of each other and both times no one was of the other end. I looked this # up on line it lead me to a telemarketer. I am so tired of these calls. I get 10 or more a day. I can't believe it's not against the law. I have been told you can call the number back an get an opportunity to say you wished not to be called again and it will be honored. I have tried that and only twice i did get THAT message. But the other very frequent calls I get a busy signal. THIS IS A MASSIVE INJUSTICE TO OUR RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND THE QUIET ENJOYMENT OF LIFE: like having a neighbor who plays loud music anytime day or not with no consideration of others.

We got this call this afternoon, Caller ID said this call is coming from Springfield MA. asking for information so they can mail stuff to you. Solisitation for Cancer Fund so you can donate to them. Scam never give these people any information they want your personal information.

telemarketer for cancer charity. Calls more than once a day. At least five times a week. Is becoming pretty annoying. We told them we already donate to two cancer charities yet they still call.
