Harassing me and others keeps calling me

tried to scam my address pretending to be a buyer for something for sale

They are using our law firm name as their own. Fake company, fake law license number, fake address. BEWARE. All a scam. Dont pay them anything.

there are calling me theating me to call them back, have even called my work, and can only half understand what they are saying.

These guys are a joke. It's a scam. They think that our country is stupid as theirs. Yes this sounds racists but our goverment helps all of them by giving them money. It's not our fault or thiers, it's our governments fault. If the government would help true U.S. citizens out instead of these scammers then our country might rebound, but as long as they continue to give grants and loans to these scammers this will continue to happen. I pray no one is easy enough to fall for this sh@!

I received a call at work after I'd left from someone calling himself Brandon Smith. He left a message with my coworker saying he's an attorney and needs to talk to me right away about an urgent legal matter. My coworker called me at home to give me the message. I immediately called this number back (413-944-0395), but was told Brandon wasn't available so I'd have to speak with the lead attorney, Rose Gilbert. She told me I will be charged with several charges all stemming from a payday loan that I'd taken with US Cash. I told her I had applied for a loan on line, but did not have a loan with this company and had not received any money from them. I asked her when they showed me receiveing this money and how much, but was told she could not tell me any of this. She could only confirm they filed charges against me in my state 1/29/13. She said she had to read me something and asked me not to interrupt her. She then quickly read the some information to me (most of which I couldn't understand because of her heavy middle eastern accent). I again asked her if I could have some information about the company so I could call & dispute this as I have no record of receiving any money form them, but was told she would not. She also told me since I was unwilling to work with her tonight that I'd be arrested tomorrow and hopefully I'll have the money to get out of jail. She then hung up on me. I tried calling back several time, only to be hung up on. I was able to find a number for a US Cash. Once I explained the call--I was told by their representative to not pay them any money. I was told this was a scam and they are aware of these calls. I was given a website to file a complaint regarding the threatening calls I received at work and on my cel phone.

Left me a message saying "do not ignore this call, if you don't, whatever happens to you happens - sit and wait."
