This number has been used for Fraud with the use of a Scam website called TCMONSTERS.COM. Various teacup breeds being advertised on the website. Send them eamil then receive text only from this number, but will never answer or return call. These people have ripped off others with these Teacup puppies that they do not have. This number may be stolen, but doubt it, once I notified them and informed them through text they replied wrong number, but as I went on that I was reporting, and I was becoming really annoying threatening to shut down their website with hosting company, FCC complaint, etc, there was no more text back. Most would have been irritated if I texted as much as I texted, and would have called me....received nothing from them.
