Called my phone and cursed me out. Listen I have three kids w two deceased babys fathers. I dont have time to play with a mistress unless you want to put my kids through college. I dont have time to argue with anyone. Especially not another woman! Grow up and enjoy being a gold digger taking from other kids college degrees. Punk rock Karmas coming.

Don't know what it's about. No live "agent" answers. Referred to email address.

TOTAL SCAM! Been playing phone tag with this guy. Same story as everyone below, he told me his name was David Brooks. Something about the photos didn't line up and I kept asking questions. Tried to find the unit on Bently through google maps and couldn't find anything that matched. It threw me off since he sounded really laid back and approachable. Glad I was suspicious enough to find this post. STAY AWAY!!

Scam artist, he just called me and said to call him later to arrange a deposit. Said his name was Mike Bridges and that he is out of town. Same story as below. Don't fall for it!

Goes by Eric Weiss. SCAM ARTIST - Do not send people money online. Even if you think they are legitimate.

Scammer according to what everyone else said. My experience, he said his name is Robert, and audio engineer. Said he is out of town till Monday in SF and someone else wants the place, but he can hold it for whomever pays $250 deposit. I never called him back after reading all the other people that have been scammed by this low life. http://losangeles.craigslist.org/wst/apa/5817916220.html

https://www.padmapper.com/listings/15249111.-1-bedroom-1-bathroom-apartment-at-s-bentley-ave-los-angeles-ca-90025 Do not send cash deposit for Mike's West LA apt. It's a scam with the same exact story about being in SF til Monday as all the others here. Jerk!

Guy named "Michael Dawson" with guest house near Sepulveda & Santa Monica for $750 rent wanted $250 to "secure" the place until he returned from "business trip to San Francisco" working as a "sound tech."

This guy Scott says he has a quest house for rent, that he won't give the address out because he is out of town. Then says if I put up a hold deposit until he gets back, he'll hold it for me.

Guy named mike lists on padmapper great deal for a back house on south bentley.. Total scam. Pictures are fake on ad and when I asked him to verify himself he said, "I'm giving you my word, seems like you want me to beg you.." Then hung up. SCAMMER BEWARE
