Call today 8-6-14. Said from Microsoft and we had malware on computer. Scam

These guys are the funniest they claim to be lenders want you to go to a Walgreens and buy a Prepaid card so you can show them how much money you can payback. for the loan. They said they work with all the banks but they are the direct lender. So not true. This is a scam never pay anyone money with out anything in writing.

Caller (Frank Martin very heavy indian accent 1/25/2014) claims to be a Microsoft Technician with Microsoft and claims he has information that my computer is creating error messages indicating it is infected with a virus. However, he does not know what release my operating system is. If he was with Microsoft, he would know the release I hold a license for. I asked for his tel number so I could return his call (424-777-2032). I questioned the person that answered the call re the name of his company (MY INSTANT Service) located in Dellware, CA. I concluded that I did not want to do business with him, told him so and hung up.

wanted access to my computer to clear up virus

He had a foreign accent and wanted me to give him access to my computer as he was from Microsoft. He said my computer probably had a very bad virus on it and he needed to find out and clear it up for me.

Recieved call after 5 pm that we were behind or electrical bill that we need to make a payment right away otherwise the service will be disconnected all these was done in Spanish we knew that we didn't have any past due bills because the bill gets paid with the lease contract. not only that but he stated that he was calling from Edison and we have San Diego Gas and Electric

told me he wouldn't stop calling until I took the loan they were offering, then proceed to call me filthy names when I told him, again, to stop calling me.
