This person is trying to get money out of me for a dog that was never delivered

I have been receiving emails from these people telling me their legal department will be taking me to court. When I call the phone number and ask for the paperwork regarding this money that I owe they tell me they do not have access to it. I asked to verify my signature, name etc. but have been refused to be given to me for verification.

I am recieving emails from a person claiming to be legal department, and they also call from this number. They are telling me my ssn will be placed as frozen and I will go to court for defemation of character. I know the difference between a debt collector and a scam.
