I have gotten calls from this number and when I call to respond someone answers but wont clarify who they are

I did not answer a call that I received from this number. I tried to call back and got a disconnected message. I've blocked it on my iphone. Hopefully that will stop them from calling back.

These call actually originate overseas. They use a program that allows then to punch in whatever caller id they want. It's a scam.
