Represented as a reptile store and took my money without sending me the reptile. Scammer

I met a man on the Mingle 2 website (https://mingle2.com/) who was listed as "Johnson" and born April 28, 1972 and he claimed to be a soldier in Iraq. He made multiple requests to text on "WhatsApp" saying it was easier than using the Mingle site. Eventually I started texting him back and forth on the Mingle 2 app and then Facebook. He claimed to love me and want to marry me and would text me many times a day. After several days of texting back and forth, he requested money to pay a phone bill ($375) saying that he couldn't pay the bill and only had a Chime account his paychecks went into. He was always asking where my youngest daughter was and for pictures of her. Eventually I started to see messages appear on my phone from him and when I closed the Whatsapp and said no to giving him money, he started texting me on my phone begging me to reopen the Whatsapp. He said he couldn't use the phone or videochat. Eventually I saw that he seemed to access my ATT account and I called ATT immediately to change my password and pin. He didn't end up ordering anything or changing anything on my account but he did get all my phone numbers, name and address from the bill. I then saw he had texted "Hi, hello, how are you" on my daughter's cell phone. I quickly blocked him and I had to change all of the phone numbers. His phone number is 14343363664 and his email is niemchickjosh@gmail.com. This is a romantic scammer.
