It's a tape recorder answering. If they can't have a human being at the other end, I don't have time for them. They claim they are with your credit card company. I think it's a scam.

Keeps calling but says nothing

these ppl call constantly and when we answer the phone they hang up .Tried calling back and they dont answer or it says the phone number is not in use
