Receiving multiple telephone calls alleging CITI- Best Buy

Calls constantly during work hours and weekends. I do not pick up numbers i dont know anymore. I get 50+ junk calls a day on my cell.

Calls repeatedly multiple times a day and leaves no message

Calls 4 times a day leaves no voicemail and when I answer it is just silent.

shows up on id as Best Buy, never leaves a message, calls at least three times a day when I am not home.

Calls once a day to ask me to review my Best Buy credit card by logging onto their website. Even after I've checked my account I continue to get calls on a daily basis.

Calls several times a day even though I have asked them to stop. They are a nuscence!

This is a complete scam. They called and claimed I hadn't made a payment and it was past due for the previous month, when I have my bill on autopay. I didn't give them my payment information over the phone, as I had a feeling it was a scam. DO NOT give your information over the phone if this phone number calls you!!

Please be careful ... this is a scam!!! I spoke with both Best Buy and Citi Bank and the phone numbers 469 and 855 are NOT in their directories. They informed me that this is a scam and not to give a personal information.

This caller says they are from Best Buy and want u to log in to ur account using ss number
