He scammed me with a lot of money

Two young ladies called around 12 midnight looking for another lady named Tiffany. I advised they had mis dialed and please check there number before the call back my number. they never provided the number they were trying to reach. They never disconnected the call and continued to make dog barking noised, tell Tiffany they loved her after having to listen to this because they would not disconnect the call I finally physically had to turn the phone off in order to get them disconnected. This needs to be perused and I'm contacting not only ATT but the police department in the town where they live in GA. If you can supply a name or address that would be nice for the police report. I get up at 3 a.m. and didn't appreciate them not disconnecting the call and having consideration that they had miss dial when told they had called the wrong number.
