Extortion with sexual images for exchange of threats

this number extorts people. it asks you for money in exchange for your safety

This is freaking me out. When I dont answer my call forwards to this number. When I was enrolling into Spokeo and trying to reverse dial this number, It disappeared before my very eyes. It erased itself off of my androids interface. There must be a person in real time watching my movement and counteracting with their own. I reset my phone to factory settings and everything I can think of. I reported to google. I changed banking card numbers..... I am exasperated. If vigilante justice were to coincide with police efforts then maybe....

Actually my ATT phone line has this phone number in the settings of the "calls" in my phone app menu within the app I selected settings and then calls. Next to forwarding when busy 14802241694 forwarding when no answer/unavailable 14802251694 . Though if this phone number is being forwarded to this and it's not my ATT voicemail account, who is it? Because I don't know who this person is nor why I can't turn it off.
