these fags never give up

Called several times no one talks

No call list, do not disturb list, unlisted phone number and still they get me! Grrrr!

calls and no one talks,

they called but left no message

calls several tines a day Telemarketer "Stop Calling"

I received a call also today and they left no message. It appears on the caller I'd as Unavailable. I called the number and a recording came informing me that a phone message box has not been created.

Telemarketer who doesn't have the courage to respond to your "Hello." Apparently a person with little intelligence and no courage and a cheat who tells his employer he is actually contacting potential customers.
