It is beyond me how a telemaketer can call my telephone numbers when it is on the Natl Do Not Call Listing are on the listing. .

Continously calls and hangs up

Called my cell phone and did not leave a message

The caller identified himself as a representative from Publishers Clearing House and wanted to tell me about the surprise package I had won. When I told him I was not interested he said, "F- - - You B_ _ _ h". I hung up.
