Contacted family members seeking/verifying info for fraudulent reference. Spam/solicitation/scammer

Rcvd a random text from this number, which is listed as a landline, so obviously from a text app. Texter pretending to know me.

Person called and texted claiming to be John Hopkins.

telemarketer

they never speak when I answer, just hang up

I keep receiving phone calls from this number and similar numbers (which I have blocked). I am on the 'do not call' list but that does not seem to matter. The calls come continuously nearly once per hour. I want it to stop.

They kept calling and with a weird digital sound said nothing

Im on do not call list

This number has called numerous times, never left a message or anything. They call at anytime day and night some were as early as 0630and as late as 2200. This is very annoying and must stop.

Please stop calling my daughter's cell phone!! We are all on the NO CALL list!!
