Spam and they would not stop blowing up my phone

The caller said he is associated with Pepco Billings and gave me two names to set up Zelle accounts for Larry James and Vernon Lee Spencer to make a payment of $498.32 for an Upgrade Meter Replacement within 30 minutes to 1 hour or else my electricity will be disconnected. The caller said three notices were sent to me in October about the meter upgrade and the cost. The caller said that the technicians are on the way to upgrade my meter but first I have to make the $498.32 payment and it has to clear my account before they arrive. Four telephone numbers are associated with this caller: 484-649-1492 - 866-385-9067 - 240-901-0978 - 877-7940-3710 I called Pepco and spoke with a lovely customer service representative lady that calmed my fears and she confirmed what I already had suspected that the call was a scam to get me to send money and/or provide banking information I hung up on the caller and they called back three times. My husband answered the phone and told them not to call anymore.
