Warning of people trying to break I nto my personal data

whoever owns this number called my bank, they had my full name, and were trying to pose as me. They were asking for account information. Fortunately, my bank knows me well and knew it wasn't my voice. They noted the number and called me. I have been unable to find any info other than the phone is registered to Carol Patchett 83 years old. It was a man, so has to be someone related to her. Nothing can be done, aside from getting lifeloc. So ridiculous, how does someone have my name and find out where I bank, even called my home branch, to pose as me and nothing can be done...
