Telemarketer Sales female polite but unwanted call no owner of number available

I am recieving unwanted texts from this number. The person HAS NOT identified themselves yet knows details of a deceased family member.

Called at 8:01 in the morning. She wouldn't give company she represents. Wife and i were still asleep. I know calls can be made after 8:00 am, but the las should be charged to at least 9:00 am. No bueno.

They wanted my social security number then hung up when I pressed them about this call.

Assuming telemarketer. Phone will ring no answer on their end when I pick-up. Twice today, and the day is young.

This number has called me TWICE today 1-15-16 once they hung up before I could answer, the second time I answered and there was no one on the line, I listened for about 20 seconds then they hung up.

This company says I owe a depth from a Capital One Card from2003. I've never had a Capital One Card.
