Received a call at 4;08 a.m. Identified himself as someone with the last name of Mangum. This person should be heavily fined, serve a minimal amount of time incarcerated, or spend many hours doing public service. Needless to say, my night's sleep was destroyed. He even hung up on me after I asked him to speak more clearly. The call frightened me because of the time. I was afraid that someone in my family was I trouble and needed help. Who else, rather than family in need of help, would call at that time of day?
