(510) 740 in Oakland, CA

Gets a call from this number several times no messages...just listening then hangs up

This number has called me a couple times right after I accidentally signed up for covered.ca thinking it was covered California (mistake on my part.) I answered a couple of times and no one spoke. This number called again a couple days later, I ignored it and an empty voicemail was left. All these phone calls came after I registered on http://www.covered.ca/get-quotes/. I am not sure if they are associated, its seems to be possible.

Continues to call all day, no message, nothing... I am being harassed.

has called 9 times in 3 hours, never says anything when I pick up and then calls right back 3 times.
