Unwanted call, possible harassment

Moaned when answered and asked if wanted to have sex with him

Calls every evening. I do not answer

In Texas we can tape phone calls as long as one person knows. I am keeping a tape list of the times they call and where they will (for the 5th time) tell me they are removing me from their list. They are, in fact, breaking more than one law. Be sure to get them right up front to tell you they are NOT selling anything. Ask them to repeat that. You want to have them saying....WE ARE NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU ANYTHING. That is clearly misrepresentation.

I've called the telem. block no. in Dec. Still getting calls.

How can I block this number?

this is a telemarketer calling all the time when you call back no answer a recording

These people are hackers and the longer they keep you on the phone, they can trace your IP address and hack your computer and steel your IP info.

Pain in the neck. Keep on calling to talk about computer upgrade. block their number. They say they are located in the Bay Area but everyone sounds like they are from another country outher then the USA which makes it difficult to understand what they are saying. AVOID THIS NUMBER!
