A lawfirm calling me about a case filed against me, and left a case number. In the voicemail they didn't specify what lawfirm they were calling from. It advises you to call back at a 1-888 number. When I called back it didn't state who or what law firm they were. They just asked for the case number, and then transfered me. When the lady got on the phone they said this was a lawsuit to collect a debt with continental bank credit card for almost $4,000. I stated I never had a card with them. Lady told me I was making it hard for her to give me the information. She said she would send it to my place of work, and read off its address. She then hung up. I called back and gave my name and said I was rudely hung up on. The operator put me on hold and the call was disconnected. I call back 10 minutes later and my call will no longer go through. I even tried the number that called me first, and it also said user was busy. So if you receive a call from this number, and want to call it back first ask what law firm they are calling from, and their address.
