My phone number is unlisted and am on the do not call list with the Federal Government. How does someone go about filing a suit against these solicitors who call my unlisted number which is on the do not call list with the Federal Government?

Calls early am. Sometimes after 8:00 pm. Sundays, holidays. Enough! Why aren't they controlled by do-not-call lists?

I see there have been a total of 1,403 complaints in regard to this damn phone number. Why isn't anything being done to rid them of their ability to make these calls? It says this number is flagged as, WHAT? Why have the opportunity to complain when nothing is done? What purpose does that serve? This is a bunch of balony!
