Foreign assent David Gray threatens federal criminal action demands call back

Called 2 times threatened immediate legal criminal actions

Said failure to call back would result in going in front of a magistrate and also mentioned something about the treasury department and USA. I think it is a fraudulent call.

Caller, in very broken English, said that I was being charged by the IRS with tax evasion. Said I had received and signed a letter from the IRS way back in 2011. He wouldn't back down a bit. I asked for my full name and they even had the wrong middle initial. But that didn't deter him from insisting the government was going to take action. I finally hung up on him.
