Unwanted solicitation pretending to be a potential customer

Very rude and ended up hanging up on me

This telemarketer has called several times to ask for the "person responsible for purchasing cartridges". They will not disclose their purpose for calling, but when asked if they are selling toner cartridges the answer is "no". However they continue to ask for the name of the purchaser. I have told them that we have our own supplier and still they insist that they're not selling anything. How can I get rid of their obnoxious calling?

THIS CALL CENTER SCAMS PEOPLE INTO PURCHASING TONER FROM THEM BY STATING THEY ARE THE SUPPLIER FOR THE COPIERS USED AT THE COMPANY THEY ARE CALLING

This company calls me about every 6 months pretending to be from my copier vendor and they want to send me toner cartridges. They have somehow gotten hold of the various departments within my agency and have tricked 1 or 2 of those employees into accepting toner. I've had to ship it back and call them demanding they revoke the invoice. As shady a company as there is.
