I receive regular phone calls with no one on the line. (daily)

Didn't say a single word and just hung up after a few seconds.

Someone from this number repeatedly is calling my home and cell numbers. They only identify themselves as Capital Account. They want my birthdate etc and I wouldnt give to them.

Rcvd a phone call. Just stated that I needed to contat them in 24 hours regarding a civil matter. The man made a statement of how my house and work address had been verified. Very Fishy. He didn't leave his name or a company name.

left Voice mail stating that if there was no call back, the "Information "would be considered verified even though it was an old address. The claim you have an old debt and try to get you to pay with a pre-pay card,

My attorney generated letters on my behalf and mailed them to JD Enterprises informing him of my rights and explaining the seriousness of breaking the law and harassing my personal cell number. JD Enterprises refuses receipt of all the mail sent to his establishment. He is a desperate man trying to use fear tactics to cause struggling individuals to pay for fraudulent charges! I am personally going to drive down their with and have my peer serve him papers.
