This person is impersonating an agent at the International Development Association (IDA). The person is going by the name of Agent Anthony Smith , he contacts you and tells you you may be eligible for a grant of up to $30,000. Then they attempt to get your banking information. The thing is the IDA does NOT reach out to people and just give money away. This organization is part of The Wold Bank group and they help third world countries. NOT give away money ! Also. May I ask why I was charged? I did not receive the persons name and/or address or any other information. So I disagree with the charge! Kinda like the guy above, yall want money for nothing in return.
